Can’t access the customization page

  • Hello,
    I am a newbie with wordpress and came across this them. It is beautiful but when I click the link to customize it this error message pops up.

    “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

    Can anyone help with this? Is this a file permissions issue and if so which one?

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

    I’m the author of the techozoic-fluid theme. What version of WordPress are you using? Also is it any of the theme admin pages or one specific one.
