Forminator Recaptcha not showing on Divi site

    hello. can you please tell me how to resolve this conflict with forminator and divi? the recaptcha isn’t showing and so the form cannot be submitted because of a failed recaptcha.

    Hello @landryshri ,

    Can you check if you are not using reCaptcha in Divi settings by any chance? Those can be configured in Divi’s Contact Form and Email Optin modules. If yes can you try disabling it and then check if the Forminator’s form will show it?

    Hi Kasia,
    I don’t see a way to edit the contact form and email optin modules globally. Neither of those modules is being used anywhere on the site. It is possible to put a contact form module on the page and disable recaptcha, but, as far as i can see, to edit the general module doesn’t seem to be a possibility.
    Any ideas?

    Hi @landryshri,

    I did some tests with Divi and Forminator and I’m afraid that the issue is that the Divi reCaptcha loads on all of the pages, regardless if the Divi’s contact form is set up only for a single page.

    This is something that you should check with Divi developers and see if their reRecaptcha can be excluded from specific pages, or have it loaded only on pages that have fields that actually need reCaptcha to load.
