Can’t select database

  • We were able to connect to the database server (which means your username and password is okay) but not able to select the publiccrack_wp_c0c2x database.

    Are you sure it exists?
    Does the user publiccrack_wp_ch7eu have permission to use the publiccrack_wp_c0c2x database?
    On some systems the name of your database is prefixed with your username, so it would be like username_publiccrack_wp_c0c2x. Could that be the problem?

    Are you sure that you have the correct MySQL database username and password in the wp-config.php file?

    Are you sure that you have typed the correct MySQL database hostname into the wp-config.php file?

    If yes to both, then you’ll need to contact your hosting provider’s support to ask why your database server is offline.
