I keep on having to enable woocommerce pdf invoice builder plug-in, I keep on finding it de-activated, no error messages no explanation. I have the paid for licensed version of the plug-in. Any idea what is going on here? Because I can’t figure it out on my own.

    Hi,

Just enabled the plug-in yesterday, came in today and it is disabled. We really need this plug-in because as per Oman law we need certain things in the header of the invoice and we were using this plug-in to make sure those items are displayed as per the law. If it keeps on switching off, then the plug-in is pretty much useless. We get no error messages, no explanation, I just have to keep on activating the plug-in from the plug-ins page.

    Hello!

That is weird, The plugin doesn’t have any type of code that would automatically disable it. Here are a few things you can try to find the issue:

1.- Enable wordpress error log: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-error-log-debug/
2.- Disable plugins that potentially could disable other plugins or cause crashes periodically like security plugins or plugins with schedule tasks (most likely you can’t do this in the real site but you could create a copy of your site to test this with a plugin like duplicator).
3.- Contact your hosting support and ask them if they run an schedule task or something that could alter the plugin files or disable a plugin.
4.- Disable the plugin auto update to make sure this is not happening because the update failed.

I have contacted my hosting companies’ tech support to help investigate this matter.

We are using the plugin on 2 different sites and both experience this whenever there is an update to the plugin?

We discussed this with our hosting company support and they could not find anything on their end, so for us it is still an open issue.
