Premium plugin causing site not to load/timeout

    Hi,

    A client of ours uses the premium version of this plugin and it has caused the site to go down this morning. I’m not sure but I think the plugin may be calling back to the developer’s site which also seems to be down and timing out?

    Hi there,

    We are well aware of this issue and we are looking into it as we talk.

    Once, we have the site backup and running, a new patch of the premium plugin will be released which will fix the issue instantly.

    I will post an update on here as soon as that happens!

    Hi Everyone,

    We have now resolved this issue in the latest premium release.

    If you are using the pro version of STA, please ensure you are using at least version 3.0.10.
