@andyburnsco the plugin is still compatible with multisite network. Please test the plugin on a fresh WordPress setup. There might be some conflicts because of which it is not working in your case.

Hi, I’ve disabled all plugin except for User Logging History and set to using Twenty Twenty One theme. It still did not work.

The I deleted the plugin and it’s data via the plugin screen, reinstall the same version and now it is working at the network level. I am wondering if we had too much logs that it prevented the network level screen from working. Can you remind me where this data being stored? wp_options for each blog?

I deleted nearly all entries from all wp_xx_fa_user_logins tables but still no go. Only “fix” is deleting plugin and data via UI and installing fresh. I’m curious @faiyazalam what thoughts you have on what may be the culprit.
