    I have an order on my facebook shop, i am unable to fulfill this order because it’s showing “order pending acknowledgement on Woocommerce integration”, i can not fulfill or cancel this order, on Woocommerce, there’s nothing to help me with what this is, can someone help please?

    It seems that it is happening because you’re using the featured “Shop Pay for Instagram and Facebook” that is not available for WooCommerce yet.

    In this case, you would need to change the settings for making sure that it works as expected.

    To do this, in WooCommerce / your site go to Marketing > Facebook > Connection and click Manage Connection:

    This will take you to the page where you can manage the Shop page. It will be under the Commerce section. Go to Manage Shop as seen here:

    In here, go through and select Checkout on another website as seen in this screenshot:

    Save this, and follow through the rest. After everything is saved, go back to your Shop on Facebook and test to see if the Buy Now button was replaced with one that looks the same as from our test site.

    I have the same issue.
    Are you saying that we currently CAN’t USE the “checkout on FB or IG” option with a woocommerce integration? That is a big deal since it is the main reason why a shop on IG/FB should reduce the friction on purchase flow.
    Any ETA on when this is gonna be solved?
    Also, once we roll back to “Check out on anotehr website” how can we handle the pending orders?

    Hi @punyprices, can you please confirm if using “Checkout on another website” resolves the issue on your site? You would have to place a test order after making the changes to test.

    Also, can you please check if the order shows in your WooCommerce store, and what’s the status of the order? Does it help if you change the status of the order in WooCommerce to “Completed”?

    @smelucci – You would be able to use the “Checkout with FB or IG”. It seems the issues are caused by something else. Per forum rules, can you please open a separate thread for your site – we’ll be able to help you there.

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

    I have the same problem. I have followed the steps as outlined in this thread. Future orders will not have a problem. But, I cannot seem to fulfill the pending orders on facebook as the “order pending acknowledgement on Woocommerce integration” error is still present and the orders are not showing up in WooCommerce.

    I’m looking for a solution to this issue. I have a few orders in my Facebook shop but I’m unable to fulfill these orders because of woocommerce integration. Saying:”Order pending acknowledgment by WooCommerce Integration”.

    Have you tried the steps shared by Felipe?

    It seems that it is happening because you’re using the featured “Shop Pay for Instagram and Facebook” that is not available for WooCommerce yet.

    If this has already been changed, please open a new forum thread including your System Status Report: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”
