Bad Gateway 504 with Oxygen Builder

  • Hi,
    I experience a lot of 504 Problems with shortpixel and oxygen builder enabled. As soon as I disable the plugin, everything works fine. So my question is, can I turn of the plugin for the backend or do you have any other solution for this problem?

    Hi Daniel!

    5XX errors are server-related and we don’t have so much information about them. Could you please ask your hosting provider if they can provide you with some logs or something we can take a look at?
