Zone not set when creating new price

When creating a new price, the zone is not set, which keeps the sshow-boxoffice shortcode from outputting the available seats link and allowing a customer to select their seat.

I had to downgrade to 9.3.3, create the price (which did correctly set the zone), then upgrade back to 9.6.5.
