    Dear

    I am using your plugin from 1 months without any issue. But two day ago I change stripe account and after that when customer use any card it give me error like

    no such customer found ‘cus_ererefer’ like that . i don’t know where the problem is

    Please help me

  • Hi @capilta,

    The error you describe usually occurs when switching Stripe from live mode to test mode, or vice versa.

    When you say “I change stripe account,” did you just switch from one mode to another, or are you now using a completely different Stripe account with a different email address?

    If you can get us the full error message, that would be very helpful. You can take a screenshot of it and share it with us using https://snipboard.io/

    In addition to the screenshot, please also share a copy of your System Status Report with us. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    Dear

    Sorry for the late reply. I just using the alternation plugin for stripe. But I really like your plugin. I have still a problem.

    When I install plugin first time it is working find. After two things I did below then error happened –

    1. I connect different stripe account with a different email address
    2. Then I change test mode then back to live mode then see this error happened.

    Looks like you have two plugins for Stripe. Stripe For WooCommerce: by Payment Plugins [email protected] – 3.3.7 and WooCommerce Stripe Gateway: by WooCommerce – 5.4.0.

    Could you please ensure you are using only one plugin on the site? This will help you avoid such errors.
