Our plugin comes with a built-in Open Graph integration. But, I see you have disabled it and using another third-party plugin “WP-Open-Graph”. Simply disable this plugin and use the feature that comes with our plugin.
Kindly follow the steps below to enable the “Open Graph” tags feature that comes with our plugin,
– Go to “Video Gallery => Settings => SEO (tab) => Social Sharing (submenu)” from your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
– Scroll down to the “Open Graph Tags” setting, check the option, save the changes and check now.
But still, you would have issues due to the Facebook cache. Kindly try clearing the Facebook Cache for your video page URLs here https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
Hope this solved your issue!
If you would like to keep using the other “WP-Open-Graph” plugin, kindly write to the concerned plugin author and ask for the steps to disable their open graph integration only on our custom post type “Videos (aiovg_videos)” pages. This should solve your problem.
In case the issue remains, kindly submit a ticket here https://plugins360.com/support/
