Checkout formatting page

For the plugin to work sending SMS’s to customers, the option in the backend must be selected for customers, however, in the woocommerce checkout page, this checkbox field then reformats the checkout layout and it looks very unprofessional having two columns and headings in incorrect places.
It would be preferred if the customer automatically opts in to receive SMS’s on order status’ if we write it in our policy and this display is disabled, or if this tick box could be moved to be displayed before / on top of the terms and conditions in checkout instead…The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
