    Apologies, I’m new to both WP & AWP Classifieds.

    I’m looking for WP classifieds software that allows me to 1) make the ads completely private to members-only and 2) allow me to upload Members email addresses as the only classifieds users.

    Thank you for reaching out about this.

    Many of our customers use other plugins (e.g. Membership plugins) to control access granted to members for posts, categories, pages, and even URLs on your site. A membership plugin can also be used for other things such as restricting content based on the user level, restricting access to the site at all, and so on.

    AWP Classifieds is not designed to handle all of these use cases, but there are some good membership plugins that work with BD. The one we recommend most highly is Formidable Forms, which you can learn more about in this article: https://formidableforms.com/do-you-need-a-membership-plugin/

    NOTE: We integrate with ANY membership plugin that correctly adheres to the WordPress Codex implementation of the login and registration API for WordPress. That means a membership plugin must correctly handle the “redirect_to” URL parameter as noted in the codex. It also must support custom post types. If it doesn’t do both of those, it will not work correctly with BD.
