    Hi there,

I’ve been using the plugin on all my blog posts without any problems (I use the Divi Theme) for a while, however, it recently created a 500 Error for all my blog posts on the attached page. The plugin is disabled now so that the blog posts can load, but I was wondering if you can look into this.

Here’s what my developer said about what the problem may be: ‘The delay coupled with a 500 error could indicate a memory leak.”

    Thank you in advance,

    George

    Hi @georgelizos,

Sorry to hear that you are facing such an issue.

After getting your query we have tested the WP Carousel plugin with the Divi theme creating the posts. Unfortunately, we didn’t face any kind of issue. Everything is working fine on our end.

Can you please share your current versions of WordPress, PHP, and the Divi Theme? So that we can be able to generate the issue and figure out the exact solution.

It would be better if you create a support ticket here to get a better response.

    Thank you.
