users are not able to access any content after enrolling the course

We checked and see have an error js on your site, please try to switch to the default theme, disable each plugin to check.

I have the same problem. Students are enrolled in the course and can log in. However, all lessons are locked to the enrolled student (padlocks). I turn off all plugins, no sucess (except Learpress, of course). Previews lessons works, but my course is payed. My WordPress version is the newest.

Please go to your WordPress dashboard -> LearnPress -> Order and be sure the order has status completed.

Thanks. The order status is completed. The problem continuing. Students can log in (enrolled in the course), but lessons locked (padlocks). When they click on “Start Now”, nothing occurs. I tryed ALL kind of users of WP, no sucess. When the lesson is “preview”, this work fone (However, the course ia payed). Would you like to get in the LMS system? Send me a email here.
