Form crashed while editing

    Hi, I was editing a form and when I saved it I see it has crashed and lost the data to the form. So when I try and edit the form with multiple pages it only gives me the option to creat a new form. This is important to get repaired as people are trying to register for a show.

    Please assist ASAP.
