Automatic updates not working

    Hi
    I just found co-blocks hasnt automatically updated and found this error note:

    Automatic update overdue by 5 days. There may be a problem with WP-Cron.

    Does anyone know what this means and what I need to do to fix it ?

    Thanks for reaching out! ??

    I am afraid that the mentioned issues are not related to the CoBlocks plugin but to the hosting platform that hosts your site – For security purposes, WP-Cron is disabled on your hosting so automatic updates, as well as scheduling, won’t work.

    If you’d like to have WP-Cron active, you should consider migrating your site to one of these hosting plans.

    Thanks but if I do that I lose the 30 day backups which is important to me. GoDaddys managed wordpress is uniquely restrictive. I recently found out you also dont allow third party relays, so to my understanding, unlike any other host, I cant use an SMTP plugin meaning most emails coming from my site go to junk.
