Missing products from FB feed – FIX

    CTX Feed cutting products from your FB shop list *FIX*
    So a couple of days ago i realised that i was missing a ton of products from my FB shop. Normally 260 odd cut to just 20!
    I checked the upload history & spotted that it was around the time i updated the CTX Feed plug in.
    This evening I rolled back the CTX Feed plugin by 1 version prior to last update.
    cleared cache & refreshed the feed.
    Went to FB & uploaded again… ALL products are back.

  • Absolutely! The latest 2 updates of the plugin are a great mess. Go back to .14 version as it is the last one working properly. I guess the guys from CTX miss testing their plugin prior the release.

    The latest version 4.4.17 of the plugin has all the issues fixed.

    Thank you. i have updated to the newest version & will monitor the product count feed. :0)

    Can someone tell me how to go back the 4.4.17 version

    @itsnthn12 Now the latest version is 4.4.19. Please update to the latest version.

    This issue is NOT fixed with your updates. I have had to roll back to version 4.4.14
    I updated as you said it was fixed… FB feed was only showing again 20 items of 280.. Last time this happened I rolled back & re-uploaded the feed to FB & all of my items showed back up.. after your updates.. back to just 20 items!

    Please fix this.

    For those who need to roll back, you need a rollback plugin installed to be able to do it. i use free WP Rollback.
    I would upload screen shots to show you.. but this forum does not let me
