[Plugin: Theme My Login] Widget disappears on upgrade

Great plugin thanks very much.
FYI just wanted to let you know that upon upgrade from version 4.3.2 of the plugin to the latest (5.0.6) that the login widget disappears from the Appearance > Widgets page.
This is on Windows XP, with WordPress in a subdirectory eg. https://localhost/mytestsite.
I reverted to 4.3.2 and I’m fine, but would like to upgrade if it gets fixed.
