Why is TM symbol converted to image on order details

    Our products name include a TM symbol like: ‘ResMed AirSense? 10’
    Some order come through ok but most of the new order emails the TM symbol is converted to a large TM image when the Woocommerce order comes through to our email. It does not happen with the other PDF invoice plugin. Does anyone know why it happens with the WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes & Shipping Labels plugin? (PLEASE SEE LINK)
