Plugin stopped working

    I was aware of the issues with Personal/Bussines accounts so I waited many days to see if the problem solves itself, but I tried a lot of things and the plugin just doesn’t work anymore, I connected my business account, but didn’t work, now I connect my account using the Personal option, but it didn’t work either. Is there anything we can do to solve this? I really love this plugin and in all those years I didn’t have any problem with it.

    Hey @arlain,

    Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. It seems like our plugin’s script is being blocked by your GDPR plugin. Could you please go to the GDPR plugin’s Script Blocker and disable this for Instagram / Smash Balloon Instagram? Our script does not cause any issues with GDPR as the images are loaded in the backend and displayed from your site directly.

    We will also address this conflict in a future update to the plugin. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

    Hi! Just thought I’d say that I came to this forum to find out why photos from an instagram feed weren’t showing for a website I am building and your point about the GDPR script blocker being an issue worked a treat! Thanks!
