Block Editor Not Working

I am not able to add or edit blog posts. I’ve added a link to a photo for reference.

I have tried everything suggested: removing the cache, deactivating and reactivating the plugins, and updating to twenty one theme. Nothing has worked.

I am using the Genesis theme with Foodie Pro.

Does anyone have any other suggestions. Please use simple terms– not a tech genius here.
