missing my index.php

    damaged wp site without backup.
    found .wpress file, uploaded using All-in-One Mirgation Plugin.
    WORKED WONDERFULLY!
    BUT, the website cannot upload because it said it is missing the index.php file.
    What should I do?
    Deadline coming up VERY soon…would appreciate for a quick reply.

    Yes! I thought its weird as well.
