customer email field error checkout

  • Hello
    We are having this error (check link) on the mobile and desktop versions on the Woocommerce integration. Checkout step. error blocks page to load into the bank gateway.
    Our bank told us it’s related with the email type field. From what I see in the documentation plugin email type is String, but it returns error.

    The only to “solve” this was to create a single text field for the billing email and deactivate the Woocommerce default field, which I believe is not the proper way, because plugin should recognize the default field type.
    The problem is that now we are not getting the customers email on the Woocommerce customers list.
    Looking forward to solve this issue as soon as possible.

    Is MGPS plugin having any support team behind it?

    Hi, faced the same issue few days and checked that an Email encoding plugin is creating the issue from my end. Check if there is any email encoding plugins have been activated.
