mix up with licenses

    Hello,

    We have a mix up of licenses.
    I bought a first batch of 10 licenses (batch 1) and then 5 licenses (batch 2).

    On my account on the websites tab, i have 7 websites for which it recognises as active: 6 from licenses batch 1 and 1 from licenses batch 2.
    However, on the licenses tab, it’s mentioned 10 out of 10 licenses (batch 1) are used and 1 out of 5 licenses active (batch 2).

    Furthermore, when we tried to add the new license (batch 2) on new websites, we’re receiving a weird error message: “The license is limited to 32 sub-sites. You need to upgrade your license to cover all the sub-sites on this network.”

    Can you please help us finding out what’s happening?

    I tried to contact you via the contact form and via the official ticket support but never got a reply. So i’m trying this channel, hoping we’ll get an answer.
