• I cannot believe for nearing for months on end ~ all mainstream news are raving on about the Full Site Editing features of WordPress 5.8.

Yet not a single one of them actually explain how to get it. And I cannot see any so called “new” button in my side panel that takes me to template editing mode.

What on earth am I missing on, that everyone else doesn’t?

I am using Local (“offline” WordPress staging). With 5.8.1 alpha. Yes, I have Gutenberg. Yes, I am using 2021 by default. Yes I believe it is “blocks” based enabled theme.

And yet I am not seeing the Template editing functionality at all on the side bars when creating or editing existing posts or pages, at all.

I have to create a www.remarpro.com profile just for the sake for creating this support ticket.

    Please advise,
    AndyAW85.
