Newsletter plugins – need recommendations

Can someone recommend a newsletter plugin

I’ve searched and am a little surprised there aren’t many good plugins (from what I can see)

I’ve tried ‘Newsletter’ – this is really good
I’ll go for this one if all else fails
(Though I’m having trouble inserting tables)

The only other one that maybe worthwhile I can see is PHPList – but this seems to have poor reviews + I have used separately a few years ago and it was pretty bad

Others: I’ve just looked at the number of downloads, based on this, I would say there aren’t any worth considering!

Another one I did come across was ‘WP Campaign Monitor’ – but this seems old (updated April 2009) + doesn’t appear on the WordPress website
(I only like downloading if a link is given from the WP website)

Any replies would be great
