    We’ll need more information to proceed, could you send us the following information?

    – Theme and plugins being used.
    – Any other information that could help us replicate this issue such as the step-by-step flow or the plugin settings being used.

    Hi Luiggi,

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    You are right, turns out it was a conflict with another plugin called “One Page Checkout…” that remained installed on the site by mistake. Luckily after your reply I was able to verify this and once I disabled this plugin the issue was gone so thank you for that.

    I will mark this topic as resolved.

    If you can, please let me know when the pro version is ready to recommend the purchase to my client.
