• Dear Support,

I am experiencing memory problems related to the JS Code in Popups for Divi.

For this matter I am using Smart Slider Plugin, with buttons related to popups, due to the high memory on the JS File, it cannot run the code entirely, because the popup plugin occupies too much.

Upon that my Slide gets blank, doesn’t work. If I remove all codes from this file, it doesnt have a problem.

My question why does %%site$$/wp-content/plugins/popups-for-divi/scripts/front.min.js uses this much memory?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @kirepoweb,

Thanks for reporting that issue. We’ve tried to replicate the issue on our website and also had a brief look at your website (mayer.lu). Our tests were successful, and I could not see any memory issues so far. Also, no other customer ever reported such a problem – but I’ve seen some cases where a plugin conflict caused similar effects.

Our JS files are optimized for performance. They should not use a lot of memory – but as mentioned, some rare conflicts can always produce unexpected behavior.

Is it possible to prepare a test page on your website where we can see the issue first-hand? That way, we can debug the problem and find out if/how our plugin is causing those issues.

    Regards,
    Syed
