slowing website

Hiya – I’ve recently added cleantalk to this website. The site is now taking around 24s to load (home page is usually around 2 secs) & GT Metrix has identified something to do with the plugin. Total

is taking 23 secs to load?

Could someone have a look at this & come back to me?
