new update makes my instagram feed disappear

    Hello,

    After the latest update, the plugin is blocking the JAvaScript for the Instagram Feed generated by Smash Balloon. I have been using both plugin totally fine for quite some time. Can you please solve this conflict issue so that I can continue using your plugin? Currently. I’m having it deactivated on my site for the Instagram Feed to show.

    Hi @hamielesther,

    We can help with that.

    Assuming that you don’t need to block the feed and run based on consent, please to Instagram Feeds plugin settings > Customize > GDPR > Enable GDPR settings and set it as NO.

    Clear the cache after saving the changes.

    I have done what you asked, cleared the cache but my instagram feed doesn’t not show when the plugin is activated. have also tried opening in incognito, different browsers.

    Hi @hamielesther,

    Go to GDPR Cookie Consent > Script Blocker and disable the Smash Balloon Instagram Feed integration.
