    Hello,

After updating Reviews and Rating – Google My Business plugin I noticed the Goggle Reviews plugin was missing from our site.

After updating all API info the error message stopped in settings and i can see our google reviews listed in settings now. All appears to be in order but the reviews do not show on the page.

They should be in the bottom right corner via a widget in the theme.

    Many thanks
    Ed

@gizzardrecording Thanks for posting this again.

Please read the error message in the plugin’s settings. There will be more advice in the Retrieved Data tab.

It’s likely that you have an issue with either:

    • Your IP, please check the API Restrictions match this IP and add this new IP if needed or
    • Your Billing Account is not setup. Please check the last step and Enable Billing for this project. It’s free to use, but the Billing Account will give you a really decent inclusive allowance.

One other thing that may have happened is a loss of styling – did you use the Custom Styles to modify the appearance? If so, then please go to the Advanced tab and re-save the Custom Styles there. I don’t think this is the case because it is missing entirely from the source code – in fact, is the plugin even installed?

    Thanks!

@gizzardrecording I checked again and there is no sign of the plugin, rather a different one in the footer.

Please can you email me at wordpress dash plugins at designextreme dot com if you’d like to work through the issue you’ve experienced here. I am very keen to resolve this for you and others if there’s a more general problem with the plugin. It’s important that things don’t disappear between updates.
