In my last web story, the first page image does not appear even though it appears in the editor. Also, there is now a new optimal size listed for the poster image (853 by 1792 I believe). I uploaded that size or larger over 15 times, and the error message would not go away. I tried to create a new web story and the image would still not go away. I regret publishing it and feel I may waste good traffic I could’ve earned.

The only way I can use the app is in trouble shooting mode and I don’t understand why this is not fixed yet either. Please keep me posted! I was getting tons of traffic before and now I’m quite worried.

Where are you seeing the error message – in the pre-publish checklist?

If it works in Troubleshooting mode that means there’s a conflict with another plugin. Try disabling all other plugins one by one to find the culprit. Then we can look into how to best ensure compatibility going forward.
