I’ve installed the plugin and put in all of the Fedex API keys and passwords/info. The API Status is OK. I open Shipping Methods settings of WooCommerce and click on Add Method and the drop down doesn’t have the option referred to in the support docs called “Flexible Method”. How do I enable that option? I’ve looked in all of the docs I can find and they all assume that the option will be in the drop down list. PLEASE HELP!

  • Hi @tammdavis7,

Thank you for contacting us. Our FedEx WooCommerce plugin offers global shipping method. This means then you enable the FedEx shipping method in the plugin’s settings, it will be available for all Shipping Zones. It can’t be limited to certain Shipping Zones, so you can’t add it in one of the shipping zone.

    Kind regards,

Ok. I’ve activated it and I’ve gone to the shipping zones…with no limits on location. I’ve clicked on add shipping method and “Flexible” is not an option. What do I do? I only have flat rate, free, and local pickup as options. Thanks!

    Hi @tammdavis7,

Our plugin offers global shipping method. When you enable the method in plugin settings it will be available for all Shipping Zones defined in your WooCommerce store and there is no need to add it separately as shipping method within the zone. It also won’t be possible to add it to the Locations not covered by your other zones in WooCommerce.

After enabling the FedEx global shipping method, you can go to the cart page and verify if the rates are displayed. Can you tell me if they are being displayed on the checkout?

Here you will find detailed documentation for the FedEx plugin:

Please let me know if this information is helpful or if you have any other questions.
