Clicking on “Edit Profile” Clears Previous Entires

    Here’s the challenge today –

    When I click on the Edit Profile icon, the page changes to edit mode BUT it deletes the previously entered content on some of the UM custom fields in the profile we have set up – this necessitates re-entering all of that information each time.

    This can’t be right.

    Any ideas are welcome – please

    Could you please tell us what version of UM you’re using? Does this issue occur when leaving UM as the only active plugin?
