Anchor linking is not working after update

Hi! I just updated my Worpress and Elementor, and now the anchor buttons stopped working. Whenever I click the button which has the link to an anchor at the bottom of the page, it just scrolls to the top. However, when I’m on edit mode, it works perfectly – the problem is on frontend only. Any solutions to that? Thanks in advance.

I tried purging cache, tried recreating the anchor point, none of those worked.
