Multi-list problem

    Hi,

    I have two lists and two checkbox for them on the form (i used the configuration via the plugin).
    All works well with one list but not the other.

    For first one validation is ok, i receive email confirmation (double optin) and after i can the the address in sendinblue list.

    For the second all work well until sendinblue confirmation. It says thank for registering after double optin but nothing in the list…

    Any idea ? Is there something spacial to do to make work a collect on several lists ?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    This sounds like we might need to enable multi-list subscription on your account. This will allow your contacts to select which list/topics they would like to subscribe to – from one single form and one DOI process.

    Please contact Sendinblue support directly to request this feature activation.

    You mean your plugin can make this kind of form that but we need to contact sendinblue to activate that option on our account ?

    Hello @dfuzion

    Exactly! We support this function but it needs activating from our admin side – it’s not something we can resolve via WordPress. Its more to do with the account settings than the plugin/form itself.
