more than 3 forms in my contact form 7

    Thank you for creating WP Line Notify, this useful plug-in really helps me a lot!
    I found a small issue when using it. When there are more than 3 forms in my contact form 7, I can only see the last three instead of all the forms in WP Line Notify.
    Could you please help me with this question?
