• I am host of this website. I have NOT changed my password, today I cannot log in to the site (password not recognized), and I am now LOCKED OUT (I get a page showing a computer screen with shifty eyes and the text “YOU HAVE BEEN LOCKED OUT error”

    I have no other way of getting into the admin page of this site.
    Can you please assist?

    Don’t worry, this is probably a temporary lockout for your IP address.
    By default the lockout will expire after 15 minutes.

    Once the lockout is expired and you are able to access the login page again you could try and disable ALL of the iTSec plugin functionality. This is done by temporarily adding the line below to the WordPress wp-config.php file:

    define('ITSEC_DISABLE_MODULES', true);

    Then retry logging in. If still unable to login it’s not the iTSec plugin causing it ??
