    Hi everyone,
    I wanted to test my website today and it seems like I cannot register a new client on the sign up page (it just goes blank and nothing is added to the database), and when I am logged in as admin an want to order there is a message on the order page that says no payment method is available in my country. I configured woocommerce with a built-in bank plugin and selected the right country (France) for the pruchases but this message is still there and there is no interface to add credit card info. I don’t know if both problems are due to woocommerce backend or not, but I figured I would ask before trying anything else. I can send a system report if needed.

    This could be due to a conflict with your theme or another plugin. Follow the steps to perform a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

    For this, you’ll want to reach out to the payment gateway support team and check with them directly.

    Hi Mirko,
    Thank you for the tips. I tried with a default theme and everything is working fine. So I am contacting the support team of the theme to get this solved…

    Thanks for getting back with this update!

    Yes, I would get in contact with the theme developers and ask them to provide a fix to that issue, since it’s working with the default theme.
