Thanks for sharing the screenshot, unfortunately, the screenshot doesn’t give any clue regarding what might have caused it.
I do not have another plugin that is used to cache the site. I did have W3 total cache installed before I added Hummingbird. I have since uninstalled and deleted it. Yes, Hummingbird is the only plugin I am using for optimization.
I see you have only mentioned plugins. Could we know whether there is any cache enabled on the server-side? Like Object cache etc?
In general, the Hummingbird plugin should work fine with server-side cache, however, it would be better if we could rule out all the possibilities.
Could you please double-check with your hosting provider if there is any such setting enabled? If yes, please check whether it’s possible to temporarily disable server-side cache and see whether you could replicate such an issue.
If you still notice the same issue even after that, could you also please rule out a plugin conflict?
