Hi there,
I am afraid that currently, it will not be possible to pause a campaign.
But we are collecting all such requests from our users and will add it into our roadmap if requested by multiple users.
For now, the ‘have not received‘ recipient filter may help you in this case. It is available in the Pro version.
The below steps may be helpful to you.
1. Delete the related campaign report from Email Subscribers –> Reports.
2. Duplicate the previously created campaign form the Email Subscribers –> Campaigns.
3. Click on the edit link of the newly created campaign and add required changes to the subject and the content of the new campaign.
4. Click on the ‘Add recipients’ button and add a new condition ‘have not received Campaign A‘ where Campaign A is the previously created campaign. This will filter out all the recipients who haven’t received Campaign A and thus you can send them updated campaign.
5. After everything is checked, you can reschedule or send the campaign.
6. After the new campaign has been scheduled/sent, you can delete the previous Campaign A if not required.
Hope this helps you. Let us know if you have any further queries.
Thank you.
