Not working in Facebook browser

    Hi Glen
    The upload does not work in the Facebook browser and as 70% of our traffic is mobile, it is causing us problems. Please can you clarify if the plugin works in the Facebook browser? If not, when is a fix likely?

    Hi Glen
    Ignore the above. It seems that the Facebook browser is not the issue. 1 in 4 of our customers who try to use our donate form get a message saying that the photos can not be sent. The bug seems to be inconsistent (i.e. not a specific browser or device) so it’s proving impossible to identify the root cause.
    Any thoughts/advice?
