SCAM unclear terms and don’t answer

One star because it’s not possible give 0. Terms are unclear until you get your first payment. Then you discover is not possible retrieve it until you get a minimum quantity. After that you read is possible withdraw it if you close you account but… Surprise! you can’t do it if you don’t write them, and they NEVER answer. Not in email, not in twitter…

If someone of the company read here: I want to close my account and get my BTC. Answer in some place, please
