    Hello there,

    May I know why the lightbox is not showing? It will open the image url when you click on the image. Thanks

    It is really strange that the image is opening in a URL instead of the lightbox. Can you please share the page link so that we can investigate the issue properly?

    Thank you for the response. I do not have currently a working website, it is under maintenance mode. I will try to fix it first, if no result then I will open a support ticket.
