Currently what I see on your website is, that you do not have the video at the background of the slide:

only at its “Link” option, what you have on the “Content” tab:

You should remove the “Link” to not have it, and then insert the video’s url into the “Slide Background Video” field.
You probably had it there when you wrote your ticket, because if clicking next to the video started it, your problem will be that autoplaying videos has a lot of browser limitations:

One of these limitations was made by Chrome, that a video cannot start until a user interaction ( = clicking) has happened on the page:

Because of this, we are trying to start the video on page load and when a user clicks on the website, so the video starts when it can. If you would like to, you can add a Background image under the background video:

to have it as a fallback. This way by default the image will be displayed and when the video is able to start, that will be displayed in its place.
