Mobile ReCaptcha Offscreen

    On mobile, the required recaptcha is being pushed offscreen. We do not currently have it live on this site, it is on staging which is password protected. Happy to provide a screenshot or anything else, just don’t want to push these changes live until this is fixed. Additionally, there’s a ton of space in the iframe with the card number input field in it and it’s pushing the expiration date and CVC inputs down unnecessarily far.

    Hi @trexodore

    Are you using the Kallyas theme on your staging site as well? Unfortunately, we do not have access to the Kallyas theme to see what the issue may be, or any customizations you may have made to your staging checkout area.

    Is your developer comfortable with CSS? The plugin allows you to configure the CSS for the iframe card input, and outside of the iframe, CSS can be used to change issues with spacing within your theme,m including mobile issue (via @media queries). You’ll need to turn off auto-style in the plugin settings to input your own CSS for the iframe.

    Can you send over the url of your staging site to allow us to inspect?
