Delete content from Template Titan

I’m a total newbie to WP and web site design.

How can I delete content from the template such as ‘follow us on twitter, facebook,etc’ and the search feature. There is also a flickr photo table I don’t want and I’d like to get rid of the blog stuff (recent articles, archives, etc).
