Help needed : want to insert page navigation at top of header

for horizontal navigation code should be

modify css this way u will get horizantal navigation

home, about, sitemap, smsupdates…

U only mentioned two pages… and where in style.css should i insert this

And this appear in thin line above header as i mentioned in screenshot earlier…

And in which php file should i add this code…

in header.php or index.php

plz tell, is there any way in which when i add another page it automatically shows without modifying code again..

Everything that is done on any website on the internet is accomplished by a modification of code on some level. If there is a change on the way a website looks or acts, its because somebody somewhere altered the code.
