• Hi there;
I’ve tried looking without success before asking this question, but, I’m have a problem. My gallery is forcing itself above my text, although, the text is above the gallery.
    For example:

    bla bla bla bla

    [nggallery id=3]

yet, when viewing the page, the pictures in the gallery are appearing above the text. Any ideas? Thanx in advance

Really? No one? I’m sure someone has had this problem. Please help!

Try to disable ALL other plugins and also switch to the default theme for a test

Does this happen in all browsers?

Cyber, that’s an excellent question, I didn’t think of that. I’m going to check that out. Sometimes, it’s the most obvious things that we don’t think of.

Alex, I would really rather not disable my other plugins, well, unless i’m left with no other choice.

    Thanx

Alex, yes, it appears in all browsers. I tried 3, Mozilla, Opera and Chromium. Same thing, below the gallery. Thanx for the suggestion though.

Such a behaviour has normally nothing to do with the browser

Alex, yeah, maybe I’ll have to resort to disabling all my other plugins to see if that works, then re-enable each one one-by-one to see what is conflicting. I already had to deactivate Fancybox, they weren’t playing well with each other.

Hi, I had the same problem.
I’ve fixed it by deactivating these plugins:
    Clean Gallery
    Lytebox
    NextGen Gallery Sidebar Widget
    NextGen Gallery voting
    NextGen ImageFlow

    Hope it helps

I had the same problem as Canus21

I had only one of SpiderCat’s conflicting plugins installed, and the culprit for me was NextGen ImageFlow.

After disabling ImageFlow, the gallery appeared on the page where it was supposed to.

    Thanks for the help, Spidercat.

Yep, that worked for me too. It was one of the many flash-based NextGen plugins, not sure which one. I disabled all of them and now the galleries are inserting below text as they should.
